Angie Saldivar is the Director of Digital Customer Service & Advocacy at Nickelodeon. She leads the team responsible for providing timely, fun and friendly service to online customers. The team maintains close relationships with internal product teams to ensure the voice of the customer is being heard. In her time at Nickelodeon, she has overseen the customer service strategy and on-boarding for mobile games, TVE apps, web and Noggin, a video subscription app. Angie is passionate about customer service, digital media, technology and online safety.
